Just because the National Lacrosse League season is over it doesn’t mean the Washington Stealth are taking time off.
Here are some updates from the Western Lacrosse Association and Major League Lacrosse to see how some Stealth players are performing in their summer leagues.
Goaltender Matt Roik ranks second in the WLA in both goals against average (5.07) and save percentage (.875) for the New Westminster Salmonbellies (3-0 overall).
Forward Rhys Duch has two goals and two assists in two games played for the Victoria Shamrocks (2-1).
NLL Champion’s Cup MVP Lewis Ratcliff has a goal and three assists in one game for the Nanaimo Timbermen (1-1).
Joel Dalgarno has two goals and two assist in one game for the Maple Ridge Burrards (0-3).
Rookie Ben Hunt has two goals and an assist for the Chesapeake Bayhawks (2-0) of the MLL.
Paul Rabil has three goals in one game played for the Boston Cannons (2-0).
