The Gold Rush Tour continues for the Advance Auto Parts World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series over the Labor Day weekend with four events in the always scenic Pacific Northwest.
Skagit Speedway is first on the docket, with two full nights of racing on Friday, Aug. 29 and Saturday, Aug. 30. The series then heads to Grays Harbor Raceway in Elma, Wash., for an event on Labor Day.
The busy weekend wraps up on Tuesday, Sept. 2 at Cottage Grove Speedway in Oregon, which is one of just three tracks on the schedule where the drivers turn single digit laps in time trials.
Heading into these events, two-time defending series champion Donny Schatz leads Jason Meyers by 105 points in the season standings.
