PULLMAN — Former Eastern Washington and Montana State football coach Mike Kramer has been hired as football operations assistant at Washington State.
Kramer will be working for his former assistant, Paul Wulff. Kramer began work in the non-coaching position last week.
Kramer was a successful head coach at Eastern Washington and Montana State.
He was fired from Montana State in 2007 after former players in the program had a series of conflicts with the law. He has sued Montana State for slander and libel, which he contends made it difficult to land another job.
