Electric aircraft developer magniX moves HQ to Everett

The company builds electric motors, and it’s teaming with Arlington’s Eviation to launch a fully electric plane.

Project Roxy is a proposed 2.8 million square foot distribution center that would be built on a 75-acre parcel at the Cascade Industrial Center. The rendering depicts the proposed project at 4620 172nd Street in Arlington from a northwest perspective.

Its takes ropes and some climbing for Scott Greeley to work on his energy-saving distillation system, built 43 feet up in a tree on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2020 in Edmonds, Washington.
