Comcast Arena in Everett has announced the opening of its new full service, sit down restaurant, Arena Grill. Its menu was designed by Chef Larry Fontaine, featuring the Arena Grill Salad with dried cranberries, candied pecans, bleu cheese, a honey cider vinaigrette and Fontaine’s own smoked bacon wrapped jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese. Entrees include Sicilian Penne Pasta and Creamy Chicken Alfredo. Their desert menu offers a rich chocolate pudding layered with chocolate cake and served with raspberry coulis and Chantilly cream. A special sneak preview event was held Nov. 18. The Arena Grill will be open two hours before scheduled events. Suite holders and arena partners may make dinner reservations before events by calling 425-322-2727.
