Feed the hungry
Spencer Dormont Glushak of Mountlake Terrace earned Boy Scouting’s highest honor, Eagle Scout, on Aug. 26 at St. Pius X in Mountlake Terrace. For his Eagle Scout service project, Spencer organized a food drive to support Northwest Harvest that yielded six pallets of non-perishable food and nearly $1,500 to purchase perishable goods for needy families. Troop 60, to which Glushak belongs, is sponsored by The Knights of Columbus at St. Pius X Catholic Church.
