Trinity Lutheran Church’s “Artists at the Organ” concert series will wrap up its 10th anniversary season June 5 with a festive concert of hymns and organ music in the spirit of Pentecost, featuring the church’s Minister of Music, Norma Aamodt-Nelson at the organ.

Aamodt-Nelson has served Trinity Lutheran Church since September 2001. She oversees the church’s music program and performs regularly on the Pasi organ. The program will include the music of Bach, Mendelssohn, Duruflé, Reger and Pinkham, assisted by Chant Singers of Trinity.

The organ was especially designed and built for Trinity Lutheran Church by Martin Pasi Organ Builders of Roy, Wash. The 29-stop, two-manual, mechanical action instrument is encased in a freestanding Italianate black walnut case.

Admission is a suggested donation of $10 or pay as able, at the door.

The concert takes place at 7 p.m. Sunday, June 5 at Trinity Lutheran Church, located at 6215 196th St. SW in Lynnwood. For further information, call 425-778-2159 or visit www.trinitylutheranchurch. com.
