Beautiful Condos in Downtown Edmonds

The Gregory Edmonds offers gorgeous new condos – some with a view of the Puget Sound – in the heart of downtown Edmonds. The one or two bedroom condos range from 1,120 to 1,976 square feet and have two available color schemes. The lower level, primarily home to several businesses, has two condos and the rest are evenly distributed between the second and third floors. There are 28 units and 13 different floor plans but all the condos offer many of the same wonderful amenities that make The Gregory an elegant and comfortable place to call home.

The entryways, kitchens and laundry rooms feature hardwood floors in either cherry or maple. The wood remains consistent throughout the home, such as with the solid wood shaker-style cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. Canadian gold granite countertop complements the maple kitchens while darker granite matches the cherry. Stainless steel appliances, including a duel fuel stove with a warming tray, make the kitchen a great place to cook. There are full size laundry rooms in each condo as well.

The living room features carpet to match the color scheme and a gas insert fireplace surrounded by terrazzo tile. All condos have balconies plumbed with natural gas for easy barbequing except two units, which feature Juliette style balconies instead. Most condos have balconies are off of the living rooms and/or master suites while a few floor plans have one off of the second bedrooms as well.

Each master suite has a ceiling fan and spacious walk-in closet with shelving and some have huge bay windows. Some condos have a master bathroom with a double vanity and glass enclosed shower. Others feature a wet room, which is a fully tiled, enclosed area with a separate two headed shower and bathtub. The two bedroom condos have a guest bedroom with a double bifold closet. The guest bathroom has either a shower/bathtub combo or a shower (if there’s a wet room, it’s the latter). The bathrooms have white tile countertops and matching wall tile with accent trims and cabinets.

There are six view units on the third floor with a spectacular view of the sound and several other units on the second or the side of partial views. The third floor condos have skylights in the kitchen and master bathroom.

There are 62 parking spots in the underground garage and each condo comes with one or two, depending on the size. Some spots are used by businesses during operating hours but at night will be used as guest parking.
