Breakdance at Lynnwood ‘Lockdown’

The City of Lynnwood teen programs along with the Lynnwood Teen Advisory Group (LTAG) host “Lockdown,” a break dance battle Saturday, March 31.

“Lockdown” will include three separate break dancing competitions. There will be a one on one “popping” battle, one on one “b-boy” and “b-girl” battle and a three on three “crew” battle. Prizes will be awarded to the top performers in each category.

Interested dancers can pre-register by contacting Jennifer Savage at 425-744-6471 or jsavage@ci.lynnwood.wa.us. The “Lockdown” occurs at Cedar Valley Gym, located at 19400 56th Ave. W. in Lynnwood. Registration begins at 6 p.m. and the event begins at 7 p.m. and will end at 11 p.m. The cost of admission is $5.
