The annual Mill Creek Trunk or Treat event will take place from 6:30-8 p.m. on Halloween at the City Hall parking lot.

Local trick-or-treaters, instead of knocking on doors, will wander the parking lot seeking candy and other treats from volunteers stationed at festively decorated cars. The event is aimed at families with children 12 years old and younger. Participants are asked to donate a can of food for local food banks.
