xcitement is mounting at Warm Beach Senior Community over its newest neighborhood: 100 single-level spacious townhomes and apartments, many with magnificient views of Puget Sound. For a limited time seniors can select their new home and their view with a targeted move-in date of late 2006.

SoundView offers the many services of Warm Beach Senior Community, which is Snohomish Countys largest continuing care retirement community. Indeed, since 1967 Warm Beach has been the campus style community north of King County. Warm Beach residents know that if health needs arise, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities are available.

Years in the dreaming and planning, the new SoundView neighborhood will be located on what is now a wooded 20-acre tract of land that slopes gently toward Puget Sound, providing spectacular views.

SoundView was developed as a result of looking a new generation of active seniors 62 and older, their wants for today and needs for tomorrow, and combining those into an attractive program of services and amenities.

What do seniors want today in a retirement community? They want larger single-level homes with amenities like garages, two bathrooms, walk-in-closets and open living space. They appreciate safety features such as walk-in showers and an emergency response system. SoundView incorporates these must-haves in a variety of floor plans of up to nearly 1,400 square feet.

SoundView is far more than housing, though. One of the big draws in maintenance-free living. That means saying goodbye to mowing the lawn, painting the house and cleaning the gutters. It means saying farewell to home repairs. It means having more time to spend doing what is most important in life.

Meals in a restaurant-style dining room and access to amenities such as a library/media center and an auditorium are included, along with access to amenities on the current campus of Warm Beach Senior Community. Theres an indoor swimming pool, exercise area, billiards room and more. Plus there is the availability of strolling the grounds of Warm Beach Camp, located next door.

If health needs should arise in the future, residents of SoundView have priority access to two high-quality health care facilities: Cedar Court assisted living facility and Warm Beach Health Care Center.

Things like transportation, an on-site medical clinic, exercise classes and a full activities program make living at SoundView a wonderful experience.

People are saying good things about SoundView. An Arlington couple tell their story this way: They were looking into several retirement communities, mostly in the Oregon area, near her children. We found they were either too ostentatious or too institutional. SoundView is just right.

They are especially excited about their chosen new home: a two-bedroom, den garden townhome with a beautiful view of Puget Sound. The size is perfect: with enough room to accommodate guests. When her four children come to visit, theyll be able to hark back to fond childhood memories at Warm Beach Camp.

Preconstruction pricing makes today a wonderful time to reserve a SoundView home. Call the SoundView Information Office for an appointment, (800) 652-6302, ext. 22598, or see us on the Web at www.warmbeach.org.
