Edmonds

Edmonds Arts Festival — 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday-Saturday, June 18 &19, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday, June 20: The 47th annual eventfeatures more than 350 artist exhibitors, fine arts and crafts exhibits, children’s art exhibits, hands-on children’s activity area, free, live entertainment on two performance stages, limited edition posters and festival food and drink, all at the Frances Anderson Center, 700 Main St., Edmonds. Shoreline

Shoreline Arts Festival — 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday, June 26 &10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday, June 27: Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Arts Council’s 14th annual event features continuous entertainment, music and dance, juried art shows, photography show, artists and artists in action, hands-on art, Literature Live venue, and food, at Shoreline Center, 18560 1st Ave. NE. The Missoula Children’s Theatre will present “Tales of Hans Christian Anderson,” featuring a cast of 50 local students. Kenmore

Summer Brewfest — 5-9 p.m. Friday, June 18, 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, June 19 and 20: The Washington Brewer’s Guild’s Father’s Day weekend event features hand-crafted beer tasting, BBQ and other food, craft booths, live music and children’s activities, at St. Edward State Park, 14445 Juanita Dr. SE., Kenmore. Admission: $18 adults (advance purchase), $20 at gate, includes souvenir glass, taste scripts (additional tastes $1.25 each). Children admitted free, but must be accompanied by adult 21 &over. Midsommarfest — 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday, June 27: Skandia Folkdance Society’s 45th annual authentic Nordic celebration of the summer solstice features a folk parade and raising of the Midsommar Pole, dancing, music, children’s activities, traditional handicrafts and food and participants in authentic Nordic costumes, at St. Edward State Park, Kenmore.
