Stevens honors employee
Stevens Hospital officials recently announced that Mali Dean has been named as employee of the year.
Dean works as a custodian in environmental services and in the birth center. She has been with Stevens since 1989. Officials said Dean “has proven herself to not only be a hard worker, but also a person of great compassion.” One of the things Dean does, officials said, is spend her own money and break time knitting booties for the babies in the special care nursery.
