YMCA family night is tonight
The Northshore YMCA in Bothell will have a family night from 6:30-8 p.m. tonight, Friday, Dec. 10.
The event will include holiday-themed games, such as bingo, bowling and ring toss, plus arts and crafts. Apple cider and gingersnaps will also be served. Admission is free.

Town Center hearing next week
A public hearing on design plans for Phase 3 of Mill Creek Town Center will take place at the next Mill Creek Planning Commission meeting.
Phase 3 is located on the west side of Main Street and south side of 153rd Street SE. Wakefield Pacific, Inc., of Bellevue owns the land and plans to develop on the site a total of 121,424 square feet of retail, restaurant, office and residential uses, with surface level parking and a parking garage.
Plans are for seven buildings total, with six fronting Main Street and one facing the green belt alongside North Creek. One building on Main Street will be a three-story office building with street-level retail and another will be a four-story building with 48 residential units over ground-floor retail.
The public hearing will take place at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16 in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 15728 Main St. For more information, call 425-745-1891.
Enterprise food drive ends today
The Enterprise Newspapers’ food drive to benefit area food banks ends today, Friday, Dec. 10.
Donors can bring canned and non-perishable food items from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today to The Enterprise office, 4303 198th St. SW, Lynnwood.

Donations needed for Rescue Pup
Rescue Pup, a Mill Creek-based non-profit organization that finds homes for stray sick and injured dogs, regularly needs donations to cover veterinary expenses.
Donations can be made at Pet Pleasers, a non-profit pet supply store the organization operates. Pet Pleasers is located at the corner of 9th Avenue SE and 164th Street SE.
