EdCC coach earns postseason honors

Edmonds Community College women’s basketball coach Jennifer Schooler, whose team ended a 57-game losing streak this season and reached the Northwest Athletic Association of Community College playoffs, has been named the Coach of the Year for the NWAACC’s Northern Division.

The Tritons finished with an 11-15 record, and were 9-7 in league games. Edmonds CC’s Whitney Anderson was named to the all-division’s second team.

For the men, Edmonds’ Tyler Monroe was an all-division second-team baseball selection.
