Edmonds-based Skippers Seafood &Chowder has teamed with Taco Del Mar to open the chains’ first co-branded restaurant in Eugene, Ore. The new restaurant follows a trend of combined locations to conveniently satisfy differing tastes. Scott Way, senior director at Skippers, said he’s happy to partner with Taco Del Mar, which is based in Seattle and operates more than 60 stores in four states and Canada. Skippers has 77 locations.
