EDMONDS – The Edmonds Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Port of Edmonds, the City of Edmonds, Edmonds Community College and the Edmonds Conference Center, will hold the 2012 Edmonds Business Expo.

This one-day event is a new and exciting opportunity for Edmonds service businesses and the public to meet, mingle and chat. From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 24, the Edmonds Conference Center at 201 Fourth Ave. N. in Edmonds will host an expo of local businesses. From interior design to health care, from financial advice to architecture, from lighting to marketing and much more, the public will get the chance to meet face to face with local experts in a vast array of specialties. Throughout the day, a series of seminars will be presented to address specific interests.

There is one remaining vendor booth available. The booth size is 6 by 6 feet and costs $75. Any service business interested in participating should call Valerie Claypool at 425-670-1496.

9:45 a.m., Diane Toney-Edmonds Conference Center Diane will be talking about the history of the Edmonds Conference Center and how it became a department of Edmonds Community College. Information on the Center’s unique food/beverage options, room sizes, capacities and other services will be discussed.
