The Edmonds Arts Commission presents an exhibit of watercolors by its 2004 poster artist Hung Nguyen. The “Edmonds on Puget Sound” poster features a watercolor of the Hot Autumn Nites Car Show. These signed, limited edition posters are available year round at the Frances Anderson Center, 700 Main Street for $34. On Saturday Sept. 11 they will be available at the Hot Autumn Nites Car Show in downtown Edmonds.

Hung Nguyen was born in Vietnam and came to the United States in 1975. After studying art and design in college, he worked for Boeing, KIRO TV, KING TV and Walt Disney Internet Group as a designer and illustrator. Currently, Hung is working as a freelance designer and doing fine art. He enjoys working with different media, however watercolor is the one he uses the most for his artistic expressions. Hung’s work reflects a sense of peace, tranquility and a perfect harmony between human and nature. Hung is an award winning artist whose art is included in private, corporate, and public collections and is represented by galleries throughout the Northwest.
