The Edmonds Starz Girls Fastpitch Association hosts its fourth-annual hitting clinic on Feb. 28-29 at the old Edmonds-Woodway High School gymnasium, 23200 100th Ave. W., Edmonds.
The sessions are limited in size to allow for personalized instruction, so early signup is recommended.
On both days, the first session (10 a.m.-noon on Feb. 28, 2-4 p.m. on Feb. 29) is for 7-10 year olds, and the second session (1-3 p.m. on Feb. 28, 4-6 p.m. on Feb. 29) is for 11-14 year olds.
The fee for the clinic is $30 prior to Feb. 24 and $35 (including registration at the door if space allows). Players should bring their own helmet, bat and hitting gloves if available.
To secure your spot, enclose a check for the full amount and specify which session. Checks should be payable to EGFA and mailed to the Edmonds Girls Fastpitch Association, Attn. Hitting Clinic, P.O. Box 903, Edmonds, Wash. 98020.
