Snohomish County Fire District 7 crews made 106 responses during the week of Oct. 14 to Oct. 20.
Oct. 14
Crews responded to 13 calls. Medics were called out eight times. Firefighters responded to two fire alarms, one compost fire, one chimney fire, and aided District 1 for a stove fire.
Oct. 15
Crews responded to 11 calls. Medics were called out seven times. Firefighters responded to two fire alarms, one illegal burn and one vehicle accident.
Oct. 16
Crews responded to 18 calls. Medics were called out seven times. Firefighters responded to three fire alarms, a vehicle accident with minor injuries, a chimney fire, aided District 1 with a stove fire and made seven service calls.
Oct. 17
Crews responded to 12 calls. Medics were called out 10 times. Firefighters responded to a minor vehicle accident and made one service call.
Oct. 18
Crews responded to 19 calls. Medics were called out 12 times. Firefighters responded to a minor electrical fire at a volt box at the corner of Mill Creek Boulevard at Trillium Boulevard. A power outage ensued and led to the department making an elevator rescue at Merrill Gardens Retirement Community on the Bothell-Everett Highway. Firefighters also responded to one vehicle accident, one fire alarm and made three service calls.
Oct. 19
Crews responded to 11 calls. Medics were called out nine times. Firefighters responded to a minor vehicle accident and assisted District 1 with a structure fire.
Oct. 20
Crews responded to 22 calls. Medics were called out 12 times. Firefighters responded to three fire alarms, two vehicle fires, a propane leak from a barbecue, two minor vehicle accidents, one downed power lines call, and made one service call.
