Fire District 1 responded to 217 calls the week of Feb.12-18

Feb. 18

District 1 crews responded to 45 calls: 33 emergency medical aid calls, five motor vehicle collisions, three fires, two service calls and one fire alarm.

At 7:05 a.m., firefighters transported one patient to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett after responding to a two-car collision at 164th St. SW and 6th Ave. W.

At 3:11 p.m., firefighters transported a motorcyclist to Stevens Hospital after his bike went down at 149th St. SW and Meadow Road.

At 6:37 p.m., firefighters extinguished a small fire that burned the siding of a home in the 3200 block of 148th St. SW.

Feb. 17

District 1 crews responded to 29 calls: 26 emergency medical aid calls, two motor vehicle collisions and one service call.

At 9:10 a.m., firefighters took one patient to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett after responding to a two-car collision in the 11900 block of Highway 99.

At 11:18 p.m., firefighters responded to a high-speed, rollover collision involving one car. The car went off the road, sheared off a power pole, coming to rest about 75-feet from the pole. The sheared-off power pole was suspended by wires between two poles. Firefighters extricated one person from the car and transported the patient to Harborview Medical Center.

Feb. 16

District 1 crews responded to 29 calls:21 emergency medical aid calls, five motor vehicle collisions, two fires and one carbon monoxide alarm.

At 3:35 a.m., firefighters responded to a car that crashed into a ditch at 172nd St. SW and Alderwood Mall Parkway and evaluated one patient at the scene.

At 2:15 p.m., firefighters responded to a two-car, head-on collision in the 900 block of 130th St. SW. One patient was transported by ambulance to Stevens Hospital.

At 2:49 p.m., firefighters transported two patients to Stevens Hospital after responding to a three-car collision on northbound I-5 south of 220th St. SW.

At 3:21 p.m., firefighters responded to a two-car collision at 212th St. SW and 44th Ave. W and evaluated one patient at the scene.

At 10:22 p.m., firefighters responded to a one-car rollover collision at 128th St. SW and I-5 and evaluated one patient at the scene.

Feb. 14

District 1 crews responded to 30 calls: 24 emergency medical aid calls, four motor vehicle collisions, one service call and one fire alarm.

At 4:55 p.m., a pedestrian was struck by a car on 128th St. SW at the on-ramp to southbound I-5. Firefighters transported the patient to Harborview Medical Center.

At 6:56 p.m., firefighters responded to a car that flipped and came to rest upside down on southbound I-5 north of 164th St. SW. They treated one patient at the scene.

At 7:16 p.m., firefighters transported one patient to Stevens Hospital after responding to a motor vehicle collision at 164th St. SW and Manor Way.

Feb. 13

District 1 crews responded to 23 calls: 16 emergency medical aid calls, three motor vehicle collisions, one natural gas leak, one service call and two fire alarms.

At 5:50 p.m. firefighters responded to a motorcycle that crashed into a ditch on northbound I-5 at 44th Ave. W and transported one patient to Harborview Medical Center.

At 6:50 p.m., firefighters responded to a three-car collision at 128th St. SW and I-5 and treated one patient at the scene.

Feb. 12

District 1 crews responded to 35 calls: 26 emergency medical aid calls, four fires, four motor vehicle collisions and one service call.

At 6:03 p.m., firefighters responded to a two-car collision in the 4300 block of 212th St. SW. No one was injured.

At 6:52 p.m., firefighters took two patients to Stevens Hospital after responding to a two-car collision in the 2600 block of 204th St. SW.
