Snohomish County Fire District 1 responded to 272 calls the week of May 29-June 4
June 4
District 1 crews responded to 43 calls: 33 emergency medical aid calls, five motor vehicle collisions, two fires and three service calls.
At 9:59 a.m., firefighters responded to a crash involving a transit bus and two cars on southbound I-5 north of 236th St. SW. One of the cars rolled and went off the road. Two patients were transported to Stevens Hospital and one patient was transported to Providence Everett Medical Center.
At 1:46 p.m., firefighters responded to a two-car collision in the 22800 block of Brier Road and took one patient to Northwest Hospital.
June 3
District 1 fire crews responded to 36 calls: 21 emergency medical aid calls, two fires, six motor vehicle collisions, two fire alarms and five service calls including three reports of back-yard flooding
At 3:08 a.m., a car crashed into two parked cars in the 13500 block of 47th Dr. SE. Firefighters transported one patient to Providence Everett Medical Center.
At 2:37 p.m., firefighters responded to a two-car collision at 128th St. SE and Dumas Road. No one was injured.
At 4:37 p.m., firefighters responded to a two-car collision at Highway 99 and Lincoln Way. No one was injured.
At 5:14 p.m., firefighters responded to a multi-car collision on northbound I-5 south of 196th St. SW and took one patient to Stevens Hospital.
June 1
40 calls – 28 emergency medical aid calls, six fires, one motor vehicle collision and five fire alarms.
At 2:38 a.m., firefighters responded to a tool shed fire that extended to a fence in the 900 block of 112th St. SW.
At 3:43 p.m., a woman was hit by taxi in a parking lot at 156th St. SW and Highway 99. Firefighters transported the woman to Stevens Hospital.
At 6:42 p.m., firefighters responded to a report of a fire at an apartment in the 21400 block of 52nd Ave. W in Mountlake Terrace. It turned out to be burned food on the stove.
At 9:27 p.m., firefighters responded to a two-car head-on collision at 148th St. SW and Highway 99, and transported one patient to Stevens Hospital.
