Snohomish County Fire District 1 responded to 232 calls the week of Aug. 7-13. Lynnwood firefighters responded to 123 calls Aug. 11-17.

Aug. 13

Lynnwood fire crews responded to 23 calls: 15 medical, five motor vehicle accidents, two fires and a service call or false alarm.

At 3:56 p.m., city medics responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 18587 44th Ave. W.

Aug. 11

Lynnwood crews responded to 14 calls: 10 medical, a fire and three service or false alarms.

District 1 crews responded to 41 calls: 32 emergency medical aid calls, three fires, three fire alarms, one carbon monoxide alarm and two motor vehicle collisions.

At 4:04 p.m., firefighters responded to a collision involving a car and a truck at 220th St. SW and 66th Ave. W in Mountlake Terrace. Two patients were transported to Stevens Hospital.

At 4:21 p.m., firefighters responded to a 12-year-old boy who was hit by a car in the 4700 block of 212th St. SW in Mountlake Terrace. Firefighters transported the boy to Harborview Medical Center.

Aug. 10

District 1 crews responded to 33 calls, including 26 emergency medical aid calls, four fires, two service calls and one motor vehicle collision.

At 10:04 a.m., firefighters responded to a three-car collision at 164th St. SW and Alderwood Mall Boulevard. One patient was transported by ambulance to Stevens Hospital.

Aug. 9

District 1 crews responded to 28 calls: 19 emergency medical aid calls, two fires, one water rescue, three motor vehicle collisions and three service calls.

At 8:45 a.m., firefighters responded to a car that crashed into a power pole in the 13900 block of Ash Way. No one was injured, but the pole posed a safety hazard. Firefighters stood by until the utility company responded to repair the pole.

At 11:53 a.m., firefighters responded to the 600 block of 128th St. SE to evaluate a patient who had been involved in a motorcycle collision.

At 6:03 p.m., firefighters responded to a bicyclist that was hit by a car at 128th St. SW and 8th Ave. W, and took one patient to Providence Everett Medical Center.

At 6:24 p.m., firefighters responded to a one-car rollover collision at 236th St. SW and I-5. They evaluated eight patients at the scene, and transported two of them to Stevens Hospital.

Aug. 8

District 1 crews responded to 30 calls: 20 emergency medical aid calls, two fires, four motor vehicle collisions, two service calls and two fire alarms.

At 2:05 p.m., firefighters responded to a car that crashed and went off the road at Filbert Road and Larch Way. No one was injured.

At 3:09 p.m., firefighters responded to a car-motorcycle collision at 128th St. SW and 4th Ave. W. No one was injured.

At 3:29 p.m., firefighters responded to a three-car collision on northbound I-5 north of 128th St. SW. No one was injured.

At 3:32 p.m., firefighters responded to a two-car collision at 220th St. SW and Highway 99. No one was injured.

At 9:51 p.m., firefighters responded to a diesel fuel spill in the 1200 block of 143rd St. SW. They put down adsorbent materials and called for a sand truck.

Aug. 7

District 1 crews responded to 39 calls: 28 emergency medical aid calls, three motor vehicle collisions, three fires, three fire alarms and two service calls.

At 7:51 a.m., firefighters responded to a car fire in the 13200 block of Highway 99.

At 6:43 p.m., firefighters responded to a two-car collision at 13th Ave. W and 164th St. SW and transported one patient to Stevens Hospital.

At 7:09 p.m., firefighters responded to a small fire in the wall of a home in the 12700 block of 29th Pl. W.
