The Washington State Council of Firefighters Burn Foundation presents its 2006 Firefighter Calendar Judging Party which includes firefighters from all over the Puget Sound area.

This year’s annual public event is at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 26 at The Premier Night Club in Seattle.

This event chooses the firefighters who make the cut for the 11th annual Firefighter Calendar. Proceeds from the sales of these calendars benefits WSCFBF, which is based out of Shoreline, and its mission is to help victims in burn units and researchers all around the state find better ways to help burn victims. It also helps educate the public about the importance of having a smoke detector.

Watch dozens of Washington State’s finest firefighters compete to be a part of the 2006 Calendar. While a panel of judges, local media celebrities and auction winners, will decide which firefighters are worthy for the 2006 edition, the audience vote will pick the cover firefighter.

Tickets are now on sale. General admission tickets are $20, plus convenience charges. Tickets are available at http://www.firefightercalendar.org/events.htm and all Ticketswest locations.
