Members of Local 1828, Edmonds Professional Fire Fighters, are collecting food and presents to help local families.
The firefighters have placed decorated collection barrels or cans at any Edmonds Fire Department station, many local grocery stores and on the first floor of City Hall to take the donations.
Checks should be payable to Edmonds Firefighters, L-1828, and mailed to 23009 88th Ave. W. Edmonds, Wash. 98026.
