Fluke introduces new handheld thermometer for PRT

  • Monday, November 24, 2008 10:49am

Hart Scientific, a division of Fluke Corp. in Everett, has begun manufacturing a new high-accuracy dual-channel field reference thermometer to replace three other tools: platinum resistance thermometers, thermocouple and thermistor temperature measurement. The single and duel channel models, Fluke 123 and Fluke 124, are equipped with graphing, logging and statistics. They offers +/- 0.002 degreesC accuracy, and can be used in oil, gas and other industries which currently use mercury-in-glass thermometers.

Fluke guarantees specifications in -10 degreesC to 60 degreesC ambient temperatures. Its new tools offer their highest performance over the 13 degreesC to 33 degreesC range. For more information, contact fluke-info@fluke.com or visit www.fluke.com.
