The following actions happened at Tuesday night’s Mill Creek City Council meeting.
• Four residents were appointed to various city boards. Tom Jones and John deRoulet were both appointed to the Planning Commission. Pat McClure was appointed to the Arts/Beautification Advisory Board, and Jean Lightburne was appointed to the Library Board.
• Council members awarded Jackson High School seniors Alicia Nickell, Meghan Trettevik and Adrienne Moe plaques in recognition for their service on the Mill Creek Youth Advisory Board.
• Council members appointed city manager Robert Stowe, Mayor Terry Ryan, and council member Mary Kay Voss as voting delegates to the Association of Washington Cities annual business meeting in Spokane on June 20.
• The city also recognized Robin Swanson as the city’s employee of the quarter.
