ARLINGTON – The Arlington-Smokey Point Chamber of Commerce will offer a free evening class for chamber members in Microsoft Office programs and business training.

The Cloud Computing: Office 365 class helps start the conversation about cloud computing. Office 365 is a set of Web-enabled tools and allows access to email, documents contacts and calendars from virtually anywhere, on almost any device. Topics covered:

• How to make the cloud work for your business;

• Keep familiarity while getting flexibility;

• Keep reliability while getting scalability;

• Stay in control while working virtually anywhere.

The Find and Manage Customers class shows how technology can help throughout the customer life cycle, from finding new customers with DIY marketing to improving sales performance to building customer loyalty. It features MS Office 2010 and MS Dynamics CRM Online. Topics covered:

• Find new customers with do-it-yourself marketing;

• Improve sales performance;

• Build loyalty by managing your customers better.
