Halloween is a wonderful time. Children dressing up, decorations, pumpkin carving and neighborhood parties are part of the festivities. Remember the weekend before Halloween it’s time to change the clocks back one hour on Saturday night. and it will be dark when the children go out trick or treating. So Halloween is also a time to think about safety. The Lake Forest Park Police Department is giving away reflective snapper wristbands and trick or treat bags available at City Hall.
