The Alaska Airlines Foundation has awarded the Boys &Girls Clubs of Snohomish County $10,000 for the Power Hour Program. Power Hour, an incentives-based homework help and tutoring program, is designed to help kids stay on track with coursework and help them to progress to the next grade level.

The EverTrust Foundation has donated $25,000 to the Boys &Girls Clubs of Snohomish County for Kids Cafe and Healthy Habits programming. The foundation focuses on critical needs in the city of Everett and has been a longtime supporter of the Kids Cafe program. Additional funding will be used to help kids learn about healthy food and meal planning through the Healthy Habits program.
