Edmonds

Edmonds Museum Harvest Market — 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturdays, through Oct. 21: The market extends its season to offer autumn fruits and vegetables, cut flowers and handmade crafts, at Public Safety Complex parking lot at Fifth St. and Bell. Info: www.historicedmonds.org/market/market.htm.

Fresh Cider Squeeze — 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, Oct. 21: Faith Community Church, 10220 238th St. SW, Edmonds, hosts this 11th annual hands-on event where participants can take home fresh apple cider. Halloween Howl — 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21: Second annual event for dog lovers, who can dress up their furry friends and strut their stuff at the Edmonds Off-Leash Area south of Marina Beach. Fairbank “Hands On” Animal &Pumpkin Farm — 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturdays &Sundays, through Oct. 29: Farm animals for petting and feeding, vegetable garden, Hidden Bear Trail and Pumpkin Land. “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow” — 8 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, 2 p.m. Sundays, Oct. 20-29: After sellout crowds last year, Alternative Stages returns Kathryn Schulz Miller’s dramatization of Washington Irving’s spooky classic story to the stage of the Wade James Theatre, 950 Main St., Edmonds. Downtown Edmonds Trick-or-Treat — 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31: Streets will be closed off to automobile traffic as local merchants on Main Street, in Old Mill Town and along Fifth Ave. S. hand out candy for trick-or-treaters in this annual event focusing on safety. Info: 425-776-6711.
