Diabetic Educational/Support Classes — 7-9 p.m. alternate Wednesdays: UW Medical Center physician &nutritionist discuss diabetes-related topics. Meets at Shoreline Fire Station, 175th &Aurora, for 6 sessions. Register: Molly, 425-481-5405.

Yoga for Your Back — 9-10:30 a.m. Tuesdays: Beginning and continuing classes meet at the Shizendo Martial Arts Academy, 17703 15th Ave. NE., Shoreline. Cost: $10 drop-in fee. 206-284-3142.

Yoga Classes — Monday evenings: Beginning and continuing class meets at 5:30-6:45 p.m., continuing class meets from 7-8:30 p.m. at Shoreline Center, Spartan Gym. Fee varies; drop-in option available.
