Lynnwood

Army Reserve Pvt. Takldet T. Andeberhan has graduated from the automated logistical specialist advanced individual training (AIT) course at Fort Lee, Petersburg, Va. Andeberhan, son of Teklesenbet Andeberhan of Lynnwood, is a 2003 graduate of Lynnwood High School.

Army National Guard Pfc. Eric W. Swenson has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. Swenson graduated in 1995 from Meadowdale High School in Lynnwood and received a bachelor’s degree in 1999 from the National Education Center-Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa, Okla.

Mill Creek/Bothell

Air Force Airman 1st Class Daniel J. Moeller, son of Richard and Janis Moeller of Mill Creek, has graduated from the First Term Airman Center at Fairchild Air Force Base, Spokane, Wash. Moeller is a crew chief with the 92nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron. The airman received an associate degree in 2003 from Edmonds Community College in Lynnwood.

Army Spec. Kyle C. Hays has returned to the 173rd Airborne Brigade in Vicenza, Italy, after completing a deployment to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom with additional participation in Operation Northern Delay at Bashir Airfield. Hays was decorated with the Army Commendation Medal, awarded to service members who distinguish themselves by acts of heroism, meritorious achievement or meritorious service. The newly promoted Hays, son of Kerry Hays of Bothell, is a radio transmission operator with one year of military service. The specialist is a 2002 graduate of Cedar Park Christian School in Bothell.

Shoreline

Marine Corps Pfc. Kelly P. Lanctot, son of Fredrick Lanctot of Shoreline, recently graduated from the Light Armored Vehicle Repairman Course. Lanctot is a 2003 graduate of Shorecrest High School.
