SEATTLE — Bertha Minnihan, chair of the Moss Adams LLP Employee Benefit Services Group, will join The Knowledge Congress, a panel of business experts, to present Pension Plans and 401(k) Plans: A 2012 Perspective, a live webcast.

With updated Department of Labor disclosure regulations presenting new challenges for 401(k) plan sponsors and providers, companies will need to update their retirement plan management strategies. The webcast will cover important issues, including:

• Trends in managing plan investment lineups;

• The impact of fee disclosure rules;

• The impact on plan fiduciaries, sponsors, and participants; and

• The latest regulatory updates.

More information and complimentary registration courtesy of Moss Adams can be found here.

The Knowledge Congress was established in November 2005 with the mission to produce unbiased, objective and educational webcasts that examine industry trends and regulatory changes from a variety of different perspectives.
