A Boy Scouts of America Eagle Court of Honor was held Oct. 16, honoring the attainment of the rank of Eagle Scout by Orrey Ryan Bohn, the son of Shawn and Dara Bohn of Bothell. Orrey Bohn, 16, is a junior, taking classes through Keystone National High School.
He is a member of Troop 267 of Mill Creek. The troop is chartered by the Mormon church. Orrey joined Boy Scouts at the age of 11 after earning his Arrow of Light in the Cub Scout program. His Eagle Service Project included the collection, cleaning and repairing of used children’s books. These books were donated to children’s daycare and learning centers in Bothell, Mill Creek and Everett.
Special guests attending were Alen Gibbons from the Mount Baker Council of the BSA and state Rep. Hans Dunshee, D-Snohomish, from the 44th District.
