MHS filmmakers reel in honors

In addition to SIFF, students in the Meadowdale High School video and broadcast productions program have recently been honored at other local film festivals.

Images of Youth Film Festival

Meadowdale took top prize at the Images of Youth Film Festival in Seattle for having the most winning entries (five). Students recognized at Images of Youth were:

“I Could Quit,” Sarah Payne

“Old And Out Of Tune,” Sarah Payne

“Tranquility,” Matt Landon

“I Just Am Who I Am,” Megan Baxter

Rocky Mountain High School Film Festival

The following films were accepted into the Rocky Mountain High School Film Festival in Aspen, Colo.:
