Murray, Smith &Associates, Inc. (MSA), a Pacific Northwest consulting engineering firm specializing in public infrastructure engineering, has recently named senior principal Tom Perry, P.E. as vice president. Perry graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University and has broad expertise in the water and wastewater fields, serves as MSA’s in-house wastewater treatment expert and manages MSA’s Everett office. The firm also has offices in Portland, Ore., and Boise, Id.
Also, the firm has promoted Senior Engineering Associate Tom Lindberg, P.E., to Principal Engineer. Lindberg graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and assumes broad project management and business development responsibilities for MSA’s Northwest Washington service area. Previously, he served as president of Flowater Engineering and is a recognized water system engineering specialist.
