Cascade Symphony Orchestra — 7:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 10: The next concert in CSO’s 43rd season, “Movement and Rhythm,” will feature Elgar’s “Cockaigne Overture,” Bach’s “Concerto for Two Violins” with conductor Michael Miropolsky and Stephen Provine on violin, Respighi’s “Passaqualia” in C minor on a theme by J.S.
