Starting next week, the Enterprise is going to look a little different.
On Feb. 11, this newspaper will switch from its current tabloid format to a broadsheet format, similar in size to the Daily Herald in Everett or the Seattle Times.
The change is part of an industry-wide movement to offset the sharp rise in the cost of newsprint. Newspapers across the state – and the country – are trimming inches off the paper size in an effort to be more efficient, both economically and environmentally.
Not to worry: All the features you find in the Enterprise today will still be there, and we will continue to provide the coverage of local news, sports and entertainment that you’ve come to expect over the years.
If you have any questions regarding this change, contact Enterprise advertising director John Souza at 425-673-6500 or jsouza@heraldnet.com.
