For the Enterprise

The new community of Harmony at Lake Stickney has created quite a stir with area homebuyers. Because of the heightened interest and the resulting sales, there are only three homes still available. Harmony has attracted homeowners not only because of its excellent location and price, but because of the exceptional quality of the homes, which are built by Finley Homes.

The remaining homes range in size beginning with the 1,902-square-foot Medina and Fremont models. Each has three-bedrooms, a great room, a large kitchen, a luxurious master suite, 2.5 bathrooms and a spacious loft that could be used as a computer and homework area or a quiet, light-filled space for reading and relaxing.

The first floor in both homes has the living and eating spaces and a powder room. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, a full bath, a utility room and a large loft that can be used creatively.

The master bedroom is large and separated from the other bedrooms for privacy. There are two walk-in closets across from each other with a hallway between them that leads to the spacious bathroom. The bath includes a private toilet area and separate vanities.

If you want more space, you’ll like the 2,064-square-foot Ravenna model. It like the other two is a two-story design with 2.5 bathrooms and a great room, but has an additional bedroom. The master suite is large enough for a sitting area and the walk-in closet is spacious.

Amenities in all three homes are extensive. They include an abundance of hardwood flooring, custom millwork, 9-foot ceilings, rounded corners, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite tile countertops, beech wood vanities, clean-burning gas fireplace with electronic ignition, and phone and cable outlets in many of the rooms.

The exteriors have the same level of quality features. You’ll find two-car garages with multi-panel garage doors, durable James Hardie siding, professionally landscaped yards, fully fenced back yards and screens on all windows that open.

Harmony is located so that getting to major shopping centers and schools is easy, plus commuting to work couldn’t be simpler, thanks to I-5 being only a drive away.
