FINANCIAL

The Moss Adams partners announce the following promotions: to senior manager, Craig Chase and Stephanie Onzay; to manager, Jenny Keeney and Jason Thompson; and to senior, John Adeeb, Phil Knudson, Juston Masuda, Sarah McKnight, Travis Riley, Melanie Rudquist and Rachel Salz.

ENGINEERING

Kristie English, co-owner of English Insurance Group, recently earned her Long-Term Care Insurance certification. She also attended a regional conference for Adult Family Home owners and providers in Spokane.

Murray, Smith and Associates, Inc., a Pacific Northwest consulting engineering firm specializing in public infrastructure engineering, has recently named senior principal Tom Perry as vice president.

Perry, who graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University, has expertise in the water and wastewater fields. He serves as MSA’s in-house wastewater treatment expert and manages the Everett office.

Marjorie Heidrich, a local Avon representative since 1992, recently won the award for top sales in her district for the second consecutive year. Her district includes Everett, Marysville and Mukilteo.

Two new staff members join United Way of Snohomish County.

Shannon Abitbol has a background in public relations and previous management experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Most recently, Abitbol served as a 2007 United Way campaign executive. She has a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Florida.

Jerry Johnson’s involvement with United Way spans five states, three decades and 29 campaigns. Johnson has been a campaign executive with United Way of Snohomish County for four years, after a career in banking and property management.

Robert Hilton has joined 1st Security Bank as a business development officer. He is based out of the Mt. Lake Terrace Financial Center, and will be working closely with businesses in the North Sound and Seattle areas. Hilton comes to 1st Security Bank from Wells Fargo, where he was a small business specialist for the past three years.

Four new members have been appointed to Workforce Development Council Snohomish County. They are:

Bud Fishback, senior manager of Global Staffing Operations, The Boeing Company.

Tim Julius, assistant food and beverage director, Tulalip Resort Casino and Spa.

Nena Kruger, Vice president and principal business relationship manager, Wells Fargo Bank.

Appointments to Workforce Development Council Snohomish County are for two years.
