Feb. 13
Larceny. 14800 block of Linden Ave. N. 3:50 p.m. Someone broke into a vehicle parked in the street and stole items.
Vandalism. 2100 block of N. 159th St. 7:58 a.m. Two vehicles parked by a residential driveway were damaged.
Theft. 17100 block of Bothell Way. 2:04 p.m. A woman cashed a stolen check at a bank for $743.88 and fled the area.
Drugs. 17300 block of Beach Drive NE. 2:41 a.m. Police stopped a bicyclist for having no headlight and found marijuana and a pipe on the man.
Feb. 12
Attempted residential burglary. 20400 block of Whitman Ave. N. 5:45 p.m. Someone attempted to pry open a front door to a home while the residents were at work.
Larceny. 15700 block of Aurora Ave. N. 3 p.m. Someone claiming to someone else attempted to return a TV at a store.
Larceny. 20400 block of 19th Ave. NE 3 p.m. Someone shattered the passenger window of a vehicle and attempted to take the stereo.
Larceny. 17300 block of Fremont Ave. N. 2:25 p.m. A car stereo was stolen from a vehicle parked at Shorewood High School.
Larceny. 20300 block of Ballinger Way. 2 p.m. Someone ran out of a Rite-Aid store with two blue baskets overflowing with merchandise.
Embezzlement. 20300 block of Aurora Ave. N. 1:30 p.m. An employee of a pawn shop made a loan to herself by over inflating the value of two rings and taking the cash.
DUI, hit and run. NE 147th and 38th Ave NE. 2:15 a.m. Police got a call that a possible DUI was in the area. The located subject ran from officers and damaged a fence. He had collided with a guard rail and was arrested for DUI.
Feb. 11
Larceny. 18700 block of 12th Ave. NE 11:04 a.m. A mailbox was taken from in front of a residence.
Vandalism. 700 block of N. 160th St. 7:50 a.m. The rear window of a vehicle was broken.
Drugs. N. 163rd and Aurora Ave. 3 a.m. A traffic stop resulted in police finding drugs and paraphernalia in the car.
Feb. 10
Vandalism. 15900 block of First Ave. NE. 2:20 p.m. A vehicle parked on the street in front of a residence was damaged.
Larceny. 600 block of NW Richmond Beach Road. 11:30 a.m. Someone pumped gas and left without paying.
Drugs. 4100 block of NE 197th St. 12:57 a.m. Police responded to a drug overdose call. One occupant of the home had an outstanding warrant for arrest and there were various drug paraphernalia in the basement of the home.
Feb. 9
Larceny. 20000 block of 8th Ave NW. 7:52 p.m. A wallet was taken from an unlocked vehicle and a bike was taken from a carport.
Larceny. 15900 block of Westminster 2:36 p.m. Someone took items from a computer store without paying.
Vehicle prowl, theft from auto, malicious mischief. 14800 block of Bothell Way. 10 p.m. Someone broke out the window of a vehicle and stole the CD player.
DUI. 15700 block of Bothell Way. 2:21 a.m. Traffic stop resulted in DUI.
DUI. 3500 block of NE 180th ST. 2:15 a.m. A traffic accident resulted in a DUI arrest.
Feb. 8
Residential burglary. 17000 block of 1st Ave. NE. 8 p.m. Someone kicked in the door panel of a residential garage, opened the garage and entered the house while the residents were not home.
Prostitution, pimping. 12700 block of Aurora Ave. N. 7 p.m. A woman was arrested for prostitution.
Auto theft. 18400 block of Fremont Ave. N. 1:09 a.m. Someone brought a battery to a person’s house, installed it in her vehicle and took her vehicle without permission.
Theft from auto. 3500 block of NE 153rd St. 4 p.m. and 11:51 p.m. Two vehicles were broken into and items stolen.
Motor vehicle theft. 18900 block of Forest Park Drive. 4:15 p.m. A 1992 Dodge Caravan was stolen from a residence.
Vehicle prowl, theft from auto. 3500 block of NE 153rd St. 4:48 p.m. The manager of an apartment complex said he saw suspects climbing over a chain link security gate and entering a parking garage. The suspects were located in a vehicle, prowling it, and they fled the scene before police arrived.
Feb. 7
Drugs. 17200 block of Greenwood Place. 11:05 p.m. Parents called police to report drugs and paraphernalia found in their daughter’s room. The daughter fled.
Drugs. 18500 block of 1st Ave. NE. 11 a.m. A baggie of pot was found in the board room of the school district office.
Residential burglary. 15500 block of Meridian Ave. N. 7:45 a.m. Someone kicked in the back door of a residence and stole a TV.
