The following are selected reports from the Mill Creek Police Department.
Dec. 28
Assault. 900 block of 164th Street. Officers received a report that a man was hitting a woman passenger in his car. Officers located the vehicle and arrested the man for domestic violence.
Burglary. 14700 block Main St. An officer responded to a reported burglary.
Dec. 29
Theft. 13300 block of State Route 527. A man was arrested for steeling an $8 can opener from Safeway.
Dec. 30
Assault. 16900 block of 17th Dr. A Mill Creek man was arrested for driving under the influence and domestic violence.
Dec. 31
Burglary. 13600 block of 25th Ave. Officers responded to a residential burglary that occurred over night. Two iTrips, two nail guns a radar detector and 30 CDs were reported stolen.
Jan. 1
Burglary. 14500 block of State Route 527. Officers responded to a burglary in progress. One suspect had a gun. Two men, both 21, were arrested. Officers recovered four car speakers valued at $10 each.
