Here is a summary of the latest reports from the Lynnwood, Brier and Mountlake Terrace police departments.

Jan. 18

Drug possession. 16000 block Highway 99, 3:05 a.m. Police arrested a 25-year-old man for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Shoplifting. 18000 block 53rd Ave. W., 8:13 p.m. Police arrested a 41-year-old man for shoplifting.

DUI, 19000 block Highway 99, 12:28 a.m. Police arrested a 22-year-old man for DUI.

Stolen car. 4000 block 196th St. SW, 11:07 p.m. A man told police someone stole his 2004 Mitsubishi Gallant, which he’d left parked running outside a restaurant with the keys inside.

Jan. 17

Drug possession. 22200 block of Brier Road. The Brier Terrace Middle School principal said four students, ages 13 to 14, were found smoking marijuana on school property. The school disciplined the students.

Jan. 16

Shoplifting. 18000 block Alderwood Mall Parkway, 2:08 p.m. Police arrested a 17-year-old girl for attempting to steal clothing from Macy’s.

Shoplifting, 18000 Alderwood Mall Parkway, 6:28 p.m. Police arrested a 19-year-old woman for attempting to steal clothing from Macy’s.

Residential burglary. 5900 block 176th St. SW., 4:25 p.m. Someone entered a house and stole $11,000 worth of items. The back sliding door was left unlocked and no sign of forced entry.

Jan. 14

Burglary. 3400 block Alderwood Mall Blvd., 7:43 a.m. Two men stole a computer tower, iPod, personal digital device, laptop computer and a safe from a church.

Lynnwood police responded to five domestic violence calls Jan. 13-20.
