Here are selected reports from Shoreline and Lake Forest Park police:

Feb. 21

Prowler. 19000 47th Pl. NE. An unknown person ran across a homeowner’s deck.

Suspicious circumstance. 19300 block 49th Pl. NE. A resident heard someone rattle the front door.

Feb. 20

Larceny. Ballinger Way NE. A vehicle was damaged in a commercial parking lot.

Feb. 19

Party. 20400 block 37th Ave. NE. Someone called to report a loud party. Police responded and contacted the residents, who were engaged in band practice and agreed to tone it down for the evening.

Feb. 18

Burglary. 17500 block Ballinger Way NE. A homeowner discovered doors to their residence were kicked in while they weren’t home.

Larceny. 15700 block Aurora Ave. N. Several items were stolen from a business and recovered in a parking lot.

Feb. 17

DUI.

Suspicious circumstance. 17400 block 37th Ave. NE. A pill bottle, cell phone and a hat were found where partygoers had been parked earlier.

Feb. 16

Prowler. 15700 block Ashworth Ave. A male went onto a resident’s porch and started ripping open long packets of insulation with a knife.

Vandalism. 16200 block 8th Ave. NE. The rear window of a vehicle was smashed with an old CB radio.

Larceny. 700 block N 201st St. An unknown suspect stole a guitar pedal from a studio.

Juvenile. 53rd Ave. NE and NE 193rd. Police contacted two juveniles who were skateboarding in the street and asked them to find a better location.

Feb. 15

Larceny. 18500 block 3rd Ave. NW. Someone smashed out a window of a vehicle parked in a private driveway and stole several items.

Animal. 300 block NW Richmond Beach. A pit bull attacked several people in the lot of an apartment complex before being shot by police officers.

Larceny. 17500 block Aurora Ave. N. An unknown suspect jacked up a vehicle and removed all four wheels and rims.

Vandalism. 1200 block N 185th St. A police officer discovered a bullet had been fired through the rear hatch of a patrol car.

Larceny. 19200 block 17th Ave. NW. A bicycle was stolen from a victim’s front yard.

Disturbance. 300 block NW Richmond Beach. Police responded to a verbal argument among family members.

Animal. 17400 block Brookside Blvd. NE. Two small ponies were loose in a park.

Domestic violence: Three incidents were reported Feb. 15-21.
