Here are selected reports from Shoreline and Lake Forest Park Police.

July 12

Disturbance. 2000 block 21st Pl. NE. Two people were fighting and one grabbed the other person’s upper arm.

Malicious mischief. 19100 block Ballinger Way. A woman called police to report that gas had been siphoned out of her vehicle.

Fraud. 50000 block NE. 188th St. Someone found unauthorized charges on their bank statement.

Juvenile. 15000 block Bothell Way NE. Four skateboarders were skateboarding where they weren’t allowed to be.

Animal. 15700 block 38th Ave. NE. Someone called police about a habitually barking dog.

July 11

Disturbance. 2000 block 21st Pl. NE. Police responded to an argument where the suspect grabbed the subject’s upper arm.

Theft. 1500 block N. 205th St. A vehicle was stolen from a park-and-ride.

Disturbance. 14800 block Bothell Way NE. Police told construction workers to stop using a loud machine until 7 a.m.

Motor prowl. 19800 block 31st Ave. NE. Items were stolen from a vehicle glove box including a beach bag and a camera.

Peddle. NE. 160th St. and 34th Ave. NE. A man was going door-to-door claiming to be doing some fundraising but did not have any paperwork.

Motor prowl. 19800 block 31st Ave. NE. Someone stole a wireless phone earpiece and loose change from a vehicle.

Burglary. 18400 block 51st Pl. NE. A woman called police to report that an unknown person entered her residence.

Suspicious circumstance. 19500 block 47th Ave. NE. Someone called police to report hearing swearing and noises coming from the woods.

July 10

Trespass. 1200 block N. 175th St. Someone was told they could not return to a grocery store.

Burglary. 14900 block Aurora Ave. A public storage unit was burglarized.

Vandalism. 19300 block Richmond Beach. Someone punched a hole in a vehicle.

Disturbance. 16000 block 30th Ave. NE. Police told a man who was mowing his lawn past 10 p.m. that he was in violation of the city noise ordinance.

July 9

Fraud. 15500 block 6th Ave. NE. A credit card was stolen and used to withdraw $1,000.

Larceny. 18300 block Aurora Ave. N. Someone tried to conceal several items in their pants and leave a store without paying.

Fraud. 17500 block Aurora Ave. N. A store clerk called police when someone tried to pay for items with a counterfeit $20 bill.

Assault. 100 block NE. 145th St. Someone suffered a broken jaw after being punched in the face.

Larceny. 14500 block Aurora Ave. N. An unknown person broke a vehicle door handle and stole a stereo located inside of the vehicle.

Larceny. 18300 block Aurora Ave. N. Someone left a store without paying for energy bars, candy and a lighter totaling $15.61.

Larceny. 14500 block Aurora Ave. N. A bike was stolen from a business.

Larceny. 1200 block N. 152nd St. A wallet was stolen from an unlocked gym locker.

Party. 3500 block NE. 165th St. Police responded to a loud party.

Disturbance. 2600 block NE. 195th St. A man told police he was schizophrenic and being noisy because he had not taken his medication.

July 8

Vandalism. 17800 block 25th Ave. NE. Someone knocked a beam supporting four mailboxes off a vertical support.

Larceny. 1100 block N. 205th St. A store employee watched a man open a bottle of vitamins and put them in his pocket and put two packages of lamb in his shorts.

Suspicious circumstance. 17400 block Brookside Blvd. NE. Someone called police after seeing a man with a flashlight in their backyard.

Assault. 4000 block 197th St. Someone punched a person using a closed fist.

Trespass. 14800 block Bothell Way NE. Four who were not associated with an apartment complex were trespassed for swimming in the complex pool.

Disturbance. 3500 block NE. 148th St. Police responded to a noise complaint.

Burglary. 3700 block NE. 165th St. A woman called police to report that someone had entered her residence and stolen her laptop computer and Wii system.

Fireworks. 15500 block Lakeshore Blvd. Neighbors reported hearing two loud explosions.

Juvenile. 19600 block 47th Ave. NE. Someone called police to report that juveniles were yelling loudly in a park and “being a general nuisance”.

July 7

Controlled substance. 16200 block 12th Ave. NE. A parent turned over their son’s marijuana paraphernalia to the police.

Robbery. NW. 167th St. and 10th Ave. NW. Two unknown males wearing brass knuckles robbed a residence.

Larceny. 19800 block Sunnyside Dr. Someone stole items from an apartment complex.

Vandalism. 1500 block NE. 175th St. Emblems were taken off a vehicle.

Burglary. 2500 block NE. 205th St. Two computers were stolen from an office.

Suspicious circumstance. 17100 block Bothell Way NE. A door of a business was left open.

DUI. 16800 block Bothell Way NE. A person was arrested for drinking and driving.

Fireworks. 17100 block Bothell Way NE. Someone threw fireworks in a parking lot with several vehicles.

July 6

Vandalism. 19200 block Aurora Ave. N. Someone threw a brick at a vehicle windshield.

Larceny. 19400 block Aurora Ave. N. A technical device for checking timing on cars was stolen from a vehicle.

Fraud. 15000 block Bothell Way NE. An unknown person made duplicate copies of business checks resulting in a loss of $4,000 for a business.

Malicious mischief. 15600 block 38th Ave. NE. A mailbox was blown up by a firework.

Juvenile. 14800 block Bothell Way NE. Five juveniles were caught swimming in a pool at an apartment complex where they weren’t living.

Juvenile. 17800 block Ballinger Way NE. Four male juveniles were chasing vehicles on their skateboards.

Domestic violence calls: Three domestic violence calls were reported between July 6-12.
