Here are selected reports from Edmonds Police:

July 2

Assault. 23900 block of Highway 99. Roommates who are related got into a physical altercation over food.

July 1

Assault. 21400 block of 72nd Avenue West. A 59-year-old male was arrested after trespassing at a nursing home and assaulting a law-enforcement officer.

Assault. 600 block Dayton Avenue. A 47-year-old female was arrested for domestic-violence assault after assaulting her boyfriend. She was booked into Snohomish County Jail.

Reckless burning. 6900 block of Meadowdale Beach Road. Victim’s mailbox was burned/damaged by fireworks (sparklers taped together.) Damage totaled $40.

Theft. 200 block of Third Avenue North. Victim’s vehicle was prowled; car stereo face plate valued at $250 was taken.

Theft. 7600 block of 230th Street Southwest. Victim’s vehicle was broken into; stereo equipment valued at $1,305 was taken.

Theft. 7500 block of 208th Street Southwest. Vehicle was prowled and a stereo face plate valued at $380 was taken.

Theft. 200 block of Third Avenue North. A vehicle was prowled and a stereo face plate valued at $300 was taken.

June 30

Theft. 600 Admiral Way. Victim’s dinghy valued at $1,750 was stolen from Marina Park Beach.

Assault. 6800 block of 157th Place Southwest. A noise complaint resulted in discovery of a juvenile party. A 16-year-old male was arrested for minor in possession, obstruction and assault.

June 27

Theft. 7600 block of 212th Street Southwest. A fanny pack was stolen from a fast-foot restaurant. The victim’s credit card was used in Shoreline.

Domestic. 24000 block of Firdale Avenue. A verbal dispute between two adult sisters resulted in one being booked into Lynnwood Jail and the other into Snohomish County Jail.

Burglary. 1200 block of Olympic View Drive. Checks stolen from a savings-and-loan company were later cashed at a bank.

Robbery. 9600 block of Firdale Avenue. An espresso stand was robbed at gunpoint. Suspect drove up to the window to commit the crime.

June 26

Malicious mischief. 8400 block of 188th Street Southwest. Damage to a mural and a section of roof at Seaview Elementary resulted in $400 damage.

June 25

Assisting other agency. 6600 block of 200th Street Southwest in Mountlake Terrace. EPD assisted Mountlake Terrace Police with a K-9 track of a suspect who robbed a gas station at gunpoint and fled on foot. The suspect was captured by K-9 officer.
