Feb. 21
Theft. A man left his ATM card at a machine in Seattle. Someone used the card to make several purchases.
Vandalism. 3200 block of 144th St. SE, 12:40 p.m. The rear window of a vehicle was damaged while it was parked in the street.
Theft. 15100 block of Main St., 2:45 p.m. A banner sign for a medical business was stolen.
Feb. 22
Vehicle theft. 15500 block of Mill Creek Blvd., 8:08 a.m. A hatchback was stolen.
Identity theft. 13800 block of 27th Dr., 11:22 a.m. Someone stole personal identification to apply for a credit card in Las Vegas.
Theft. 1500 block of 135th St. SE, 9:20 p.m. A vehicle’s GPS system was stolen.
Feb. 23
Theft. 14200 block of 29th Ave., 8:54 a.m. Car stereo equipment was stolen.
Theft. 15800 block of 32nd Ave., 12:48 p.m. A car stereo was stolen.
Hit and run. 1700 block of 132nd St. SE, 9:32 p.m. A hit and run accident took place at a gas station.
Feb. 24
Vehicle theft. 15300 block of Mill Creek Blvd., 8:15 a.m. A 1992 Honda Civic was stolen.
Extortion. 1100 block of 142nd Pl., noon. A construction worker who was hired and then fired by a local couple, threatened to accuse them of improper disposal of hazardous material if they did not pay him what he believed they owed him. An investigation is pending.
Feb. 25
Theft. 13400 block of Dumas Rd., 11:53 a.m. Vehicle paperwork was stolen.
Accident. 2000 block of 132nd St. SE, 12:39 p.m. A two-car accident occurred. No one was hurt.
Accident. 13300 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 3:28 p.m. A two-car injury accident took place.
Hit and run. 1500 block of 136th St. SE, 6:50 p.m. An Edmonds man said his vehicle was struck while parked at Jackson High School.
Feb. 26
Theft. Various locations and times. Police took five reports of car prowls around the city in which items were stolen from vehicles. Police took an additional report of a car prowl in which nothing was stolen.
Forgery. 16400 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 12:38 p.m. A woman presented a fake check at a grocery store.
Burglary. 14600 block of Main St., 2:02 p.m. A laptop computer and 23-inch flat screen television were stolen from an apartment.
Feb. 27
Theft. 15400 block of Country Club Dr., 6:31 a.m. Stereo equipment and CDs were stolen from a vehicle.
Theft. 13600 block of 23rd Ave., 7:46 a.m. Approximately 50 CDs were stolen out of a vehicle.
Burglary. 1700 block of 142nd Pl., 5:48 p.m. A purse was stolen out of a vehicle that was parked in a garage.
Burglary. 15400 block of 14th Dr., 7:40 p.m. Golf clubs and a golf bag were stolen from a garage.
Assault. 14400 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy., 11 p.m. A 20-year-old homeless man who uses a Bothell address said he was assaulted by an unknown person while walking along the Bothell-Everett Highway. The man suffered a cut lip and damaged teeth. He refused to be taken to a hospital.
Theft. 3400 block of 132nd St. SE, 11:18 p.m. A juvenile stole two 12-packs of Corona beer.
