The following is a selection of police incidents which occurred in the past week in the cities of Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace and/or Brier.

Feb. 22

Disturbance. 4500 block of 200th Street Southwest. A woman wanted to buy a cigar and asked how much it cost. She became upset and said it was too much. She pulled several displays from the counter. She threw a display at a debit card pad mounted on the counter and broke it. Police are reviewing surveillance video and investigating the incident.

Illegal substance. 18600 block of Alderwood Mall Parkway. A 33-year-old man was arrested at 1:37 p.m. for possession of heroin.

Vehicle theft. 3800 block of 196th Street Southwest. A 1995 Saturn was stolen.

Traffic. 19700 block of 76th Avenue West. Police responded to a two-vehicle accident at 6:36 p.m. A driver was cited for driving too fast for conditions.

Feb. 23

Minor in possession. 4600 block of 168th Street Southwest. A 17-year-old girl was arrested at 5:04 a.m. for driving under the influence. A 17-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Shoplifting. 18300 block of Alderwood Mall Parkway. A 33-year-old man was arrested at 1:43 p.m. for shoplifting seven iPods, worth $1899.

DUI. 6000 block of 204th Street Southwest. A 34-year-old man was arrested at 1:51 a.m. for driving under the influence.

Feb. 24

Shoplifting. A 17-year-old boy was arrested at 8:53 p.m. for shoplifting jewelry from a business. The boy was referred to juvenile court.

Minor in possession. 19800 block of 50th Avenue West. Police responded at 12:05 p.m. to a report of a verbal domestic violence incident. A 17-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy was arrested for minor in possession of an illegal substance. A 15-year-old teen was arrested for minor in possession of an illegal substance and a warrant. A 17-year-old boy was arrested for a liquor violation.

Traffic. 18200 block of Alderwood Mall Parkway. Police responded to a two-car accident at 7:26 a.m. A driver was cited for speeding.

Feb. 25

Minor in possession. 3100 block of 236th Street Southwest. Police found minors who possessed alcohol inside of a parked car at a park, which was closed. Alcohol was taken for safekeeping.

Vehicle theft. 18100 block of 36th Avenue West. A 1998 Honda Civic was stolen.

Feb. 26

Illegal substance. 22800 block of Brier Road. A 34-year-old Brier woman was stopped by police for not stopping at a stop sign and cited for driving with a suspended license. Police found methamphetamine in the vehicle. The driver and a passenger, a 34-year-old Brier man, was arrested and taken to jail.

Vehicle theft. 4700 block of 176th Street Southwest. A 1998 Toyota Celica was stolen.

Feb. 27

Vehicle prowl. 19800 block of 44th Avenue West. Unknown suspects smashed the window of a vehicle and stole $1540 worth of items, including a laptop computer, from inside the vehicle.

Traffic. 18400 block of 33rd Avenue West. Police responded to a two-car accident at 10:57 a.m. A driver was cited for failing to yield.

Feb. 28

Vehicle theft. 19000 block of 33rd Avenue West. A 1991 Honda Accord was stolen from the parking lot of a business.

Voyeurism. 3000 block of 184th Street Southwest. A 23-year-old man was arrested for voyeurism. He used a digital camera from under a bathroom stale to photograph someone urinating.

Traffic. 20000 block of 68th Avenue West. Police responded to a two-car accident at 8:41 a.m.

Traffic. 22800 block of Brier Road. A 43-year-old Lynnwood man was cited for driving with a suspended license. He was driving a 1996 GMC Yukon.

March 1

DUI. 16600 block of Highway 99. A 36-year-old man was arrested for driving under the influence.

Fraud. 23900 block of 29th Avenue West. A 56-year-old Brier man reported that someone used his bank account number to write a fraudulent check listing another business as the account owner. Estimated loss exceeds $2,000. Police are investigating.

March 2

Traffic. 20000 block of 48th Avenue West. Police responded to a two-car accident at 5:15 p.m. A driver was cited for speeding and no vehicle insurance.

Illegal substance. 6500 block of 208th Street Southwest. A 22-year-old man was arrested for possession of cocaine and three felony warrants. A 38-year-old woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were booked into the Lynnwood jail.

Shoplifting. 18600 block of 33rd Avenue West. A 55-year-old woman was arrested at 2:32 p.m. for shoplifting $491.97 worth of clothing from JCPenny.

DWLS. 3600 block of 196th Street Southwest. A man appeared in court for driving with a license suspended. Afterwards, he drove away from the court house and was cited by police for driving with a suspended license.

March 3

DUI. 20200 block of Cedar Valley Road. A 20-year-old woman was arrested for driving under the influence.
