Here are selected reports from Shoreline and Lake Forest Park police.

Jan. 27

Threats. 18200 block Ballinger Way NE. A man received threats from his fiance’s 17-year-old son. The man was so afraid that he left his place of work and parked around the corner from his office to wait for police.

Jan. 28

Threats. 14800 block Bothell Way NE. A man received threats from his brother via e-mail, indicating that if he didn’t give him some money his brother would hurt him and his family.

Malicious mischief. 4200 block NE. 197th St. A driver’s side window of a car was broken.

DUI. 18500 block Ballinger Way NE. Someone was arrested for drinking and driving.

Jan. 31

Suspicious circumstances. 3600 block NE. 155th St. A woman was worried that an ex-boyfriend was stalking her after he said he was going to come to her house.

Fraud. 500 block N. 149th St. Someone listed their vehicle for sale on an Internet site and received two fraudulent money orders.

Feb. 1

Reckless driving. 4000 block Ballinger Way NE. Someone was pulled over for cutting off a car, driving erratically and speeding.

Assault. 18300 block Aurora Ave. N. A victim was assaulted after he “flipped off” the driver of a car.

Feb. 2

Auto theft. 3800 block 155th Pl. A 1990 Nissan Maxima was stolen from a parking garage.

Hit and run. 16800 block Bothell Way NE. A woman reported her boss backed into her car and now won’t take responsibility.

Hit and run. 15000 block Bothell Way NE. A car was hit overnight. A front fender received $1,500 worth of damage.

Extra patrol. 17000 block 28th Ave. NE. A woman reported smelling marijuana in her neighborhood.

Forgery. 900 block N. 145th St. A man and woman tried to pass fake $50 bills at a casino.

Auto theft. 16700 block Aurora Ave. N. A vehicle was stolen from a casino parking lot.

Feb. 3

Malicious mischief. 19100 block Ballinger Way NE. A car window was broken.

Larceny. 18300 block Aurora Ave. N. An unknown suspect stole shoes from a store and “ran from security.”

Violation of court orders. 1400 block NW. 188th St. A possible violation of an anti-harassment order was reported.

Feb. 4

Larceny. 17000 block 12th Ave. NE. Someone evaded paying $36.10 in cab fare.

Residential burglary. 500 block NW. 201st Ct. A bedroom window to an unoccupied residence was broken and several items were stolen, including a car from the driveway.
